Return Policy

Damaged Merchandise:

Our items are packaged and shipped with the utmost care and damages are rare. However, if you receive damaged merchandise please retain all packing materials, as the merchandise and the packaging materials will be inspected by FedEx (or freight carrier) and returned to us at no expense to you. Contact us immediately if you receive damaged goods at 866-898-5304.

Merchandise to be returned for refund or exchange

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Up to a 25% restocking fee applies, 35% on all cupolas

  • Please call us at 866-898-5304 or email to obtain a return authorization number. 
  • Packages arriving without this number will be refused.
  • Legends Direct is not responsible for any return shipping charges.

Packages are shipped from several locations, so please do not ship anything back to the return address without contacting us, as this may not be the correct address for returns. For your protection, when making a return we recommend that you box carefully, insure the item and get a tracking number in case the item is lost in transit. If the item is not received in good condition, a refund can not be issued. In the event of an order cancellation, a cancellation fee may be applied. Please contact customer service at 866-898-5304 for any information regarding returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Missing Parts:

If you receive an order that is missing parts, please note, we must be notified within 30 business days after receipt in order for us to replace the missing parts at no charge. If we are notified after 30 days of receipt, we can not replace at no charge and the parts must be purchased at full retail.
